Brand new flooring, upgraded furniture package, this town home boasts Accent Walls, 5 Flat Screen TVs, a totally private Pool Area w/Safety Fence.

The Downstairs open floor plan offers a Dining Area with seating for 8, Breakfast Bar for 4, Comfortable Sectional Sofa, Large Flat Screen TV and Modern Kitchen, so all your gatherings can be very social!

Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Appliances and upgraded Small Appliances make cooking in this Kitchen a pleasure. You also have plenty of Dinnerware, Cookware, and Silverware along with all the Kitchen Utensils you can imagine.

The Lanai and Pool Area provide Patio Table w/Seating for 8 - 10 plus 4 Sun Loungers. Grill Rental is Available Year Round; Pool Heating is Available October - Mid April (Grill Rental and Pool Heating Fees Apply; please check with your reservation agent for pricing.)

Enjoy a little R & R in the upstairs Loft Area 'Star Wars' Game Room with a NEW DOUBLE CHAISE LOUNGE SOFA, Retro Game Arcade, Foosball Table and a Flat Screen TV. Also upstairs, you will find the Laundry Area w/Full Size Washer & Dryer for your convenience.

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their families in this truly amazing family home. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.

No matter how long you stay in this beautiful town home, each time you come back from your day's adventures, you will feel 'right at home'!

For those bringing their pet for the stay, there is a $250/stay fee. 

 

NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:

  • You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
  • Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
  • After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
  • Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. There are 2 spaces allocated in front of the villa and any further will need to park in MARKED spaces as per HOA rules.
  • Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $30/night + taxes.
  • A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. There will be a $250 pet fee per stay.
  • Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
  • Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
  • There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
  • The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

As a private host, we do our best to offer a 5 Star vacation experience in our beautiful home. We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation. More than ever, we strongly urge each guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance.
